  • At a late point in his administration Bush Sr. blamed Jimmy Carter for the state of the economy. That would have been almost 10 or 11 years earlier the Bush's term in office. Not Reagan's fault or his own fault. Now Mitt is pulling out that old one about Carter being a weak President.
